DG Chemicals will ensure that all employees will perform their duties in a manner as to not endanger themselves or those who might be affected by their actions.
This will be ensured by: –
- Ensuring that all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice are adhered to.
- Continuous review of operating procedures with regard to potential risks.
- Providing information, training and supervision to ensure that employees can work safely and effectively.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees with adequate facilities and arrangements for their welfare.
- Providing and installing equipment suitable fit for the purpose required.
- Performing documented risk assessments with regard any operation to be carried out for potential customers before accepting contract business on their behalf.
- Promoting a culture within the Company, which encourages safe working practices and the maintenance of a safe working environment for all.
